1. Brush and roller:
HYDROGRIP should be diluted with 2 to 5% of water
2. paint sprayer:
- nozzle :1,2 to 1,5
- pressure:
2 Bar on the container
0,5 Bar on the paint
- dilution:
with 10 % of water for a application viscosity of 30 seconds with FORDBECHER (CUP)? N°4.
- HYDROGRIP is applied in 2 thin coats in intervals of 60 minutes
Wet-film thinkness: 110 à 125 my
Dry-film thinkness: 70 à 75 my
Apply HYDROLAC – HYDROSAT or HYDROFINISH BRILLANT - HYDROFINISH SATIN only after 2 hours of drying.
- the ideal processing temperature in the spray booth is between 18° C und 20° C.
In order to accelerate the drying of the paint, the temperature can be increased to 40 °C max.
However, sprayed pieces need to dry at least for half an hour at 18°C to 20°C, due to the fact that a too high temperature in the spraying-booth would make the paint, which dries only after 24 hours, thermoplastic.
DRYING:
Dust-free after: 15-30 min.
Dry: 2 hours
The drying of the paint is only slightly affected by temperatures below 15°C and by air humidity of over 65%

CONSUMPTION: 6 bis 8 m²/ltr

Matt enamel for interiors

COMPOSITION: 100% Acrylic water dilutable resin
PROPERTIES AND USAGE:         
- Hydromat is an enamel for interiors
- HYDROMAT is suitable for wood, plaster, crepis, cement, eternit, MDF, coated plaster boards, plywood, beaverboard, crepis, old alkalyd tints…
- HYDROMAT has blocking properties of nicotine and tannins.
- HYDROMAT can be used as background and finishing, apply very well with a perfect tense and makes an absolutely dull.

DRYING: Recovery after 4 hours.
INSTRUCTIONS:
HYDROMAT should be diluted with 5 % of water for the 1st layer. Dilute with 3 – 4 % of water for a 2nd layer and later (finish)

Acrylic resin 100% water:
HYDROLAC is applied in two layers:
1. Brush and roller: dilute with 2% of water
2. Airless-pistol : no dilution
3. Paint sprayer : HVLP : dilute with 5 % of water
